The packaging was not damaged in shipping.

I purchased a Meter Factor 8x8 shed through Homebase online yesterday. I started to put it together, only to find that a part SKCx1 was missing.
This part holds up the roof bars in the centre of the roof, so I cannot proceed without a replacement being sent to me at my home address. Thank you.

Today i received my (3) Keter rocking Adirondack chairs that were ordered through Sams. The chair has been put together before we observed a crack in the shape of a crescent on the front curved portion of the chair.
Im curious to know if i would have to pay to return ship the chair because ive already broken down the box. Can we return it in its made form to Sams?

I recently purchased a Keter Pro Series Work Table through Amazon. It was delivered October 1st.
I set it up according to the instructions. I placed my small Toro Snow Blower on it to change plug & oil. The machine weighs 84# far below the 1000# capacity advertised.
Went in for lunch, when I returned the bench legs collapsed.
Can you replace this? It should be under warranty at only 10 days old.
